Well, it's not a court or an execution chamber (although he doesn't doubt it could become equivalent to either, if Joffrey so desired.) That's a positive. On the other hand -- that is, he thinks, the woman who had a nervous breakdown over filling up a water bottle, and the rest of the people in the room are virtual unknowns. (Except for, maybe, the man in grey; he had seemed at least somewhat competent.)
